Behind the name of "Replica", you will find two people who are more than usually devoted to dogs. Thale Svenneby got her first dog in 1984, and has been a dog-owner ever since. She has been working as a dog instructor since 1997, primarily giving puppy-classes and specializing in training dogs under the age of six months. Thale works as Sales Manager at one of the larger veterinary cliniques in Nirway. Sha has education withun dog and cat nutrition, including veterinary diets, and has also attended numerous classes in handling, tracking, obedience, animal behaviour an so on.

KK Johansen takes care of feeding and excersizing and prepares the dogs for races. During the winter-season, he also helps training the dogs in obedience etc. During 2005 he will be in charge of coursing with the whippets.

	Kennel Replica will never be known as a large kennel. Our goal is a limited number of litters, where we will do our very best to produce healthy, beautiful dogs with temperament typical for the breed. We wish to represent honesty and high quality, and every mating will be carefully planned in order to reach our goal - the perfect companion.
You won't find a lot of pictures from the show-ring on these pages, but you will find pleny if pictures, presenting dogs in their natural environment - nature. There are even som of nature alone! For allthough it is a wonderful feeling to do well at a show, it's in daily life that we truly enjoy being with our dogs - whether it's in the cabin in the beautiful Norwgian mountains, where the only sign of life is an occasional reindeer or grouse (Zabbath is a master of finding those), or we are deep into the woods. And if we are lucky, we'll even catch a glimpse of an elk, or a beaver-pond.
